Create a transparent flow of goods by combining different solutions from SICK for incoming goods.
The direct recording of shipments can be done easily. Shipment number, time, date, CEP service provider and additionally dimensions and weight are recorded. The operator receives immediate feedback on the category of the parcels, e.g. express, in order to be able to sort them quickly. Afterwards, the package can be tracked by indirect localization and automatically assigned to a handling unit via geofences.
This enables incoming goods to be processed efficiently and shortens throughput times in the inbound.
