The requirements for mobile robots as well as industrial robots are very complex: Where am I? What does my environment look like? How can I reach my destination safely? What can be done while moving from A to B? What task must be completed at the destination? How can I perform my task safely? How can I pick the right item?
SICK Solution Hackathon gives young talents from universities and startups a chance to bring in their way of thinking and create new ideas to solve the IoT challenges of the world of industrial automation. Together with hack coaches from well-known industry leaders the hack participants are competing in a 3-day contest at SICK's Sensor Intelligence Academy near Freiburg in Southern Germany.
