Tutorial MWS250 - Installation with spring bracket

Installing the MWS250 with the spring bracket is quick and easy – even underneath a conveyor belt.

1.     Position the MWS250
Mount the MWS250 with the bracket and screws underneath the conveyor belt.

2.     Adjust the position
Push the MWS250 gently against the conveyor belt.
Make sure the spring is slightly compressed so it can move freely up and down and maintain constant pressure.

3.     Secure the installation
Tighten the screws to fix the position.

Installation complete – the MWS250 is ready for clockwise operation.
