The InspectorP621 2D vision camera combined with the SICK AppSpace Intelligent Inspection SensorApp enables the machine to classify bottle types at the infeed of the cleaning machine into new or used glass. InspectorP621 can differentiate between the bottle types and allows to switch between the programs automatically. This improves the MTBF which leads to an optimization of the water consumption of the machine. It cuts costs and increases the machine availability. The application works for all common formats and glass colors.
